These draft terms govern use of stealthoverlay.com and the purchase of listed consultations. A separate signed proposal or statement of work governs implementation projects and managed services. If there is a conflict, the signed project document controls for that project.

Business identity and acceptance

Before live sales, complete the legal business name, registration jurisdiction, address, tax information, and contracting contact. By purchasing a service or submitting a project request, you agree to these terms and the service-specific scope confirmed in writing.

Consultations are advisory

The fixed-price consultations provide analysis and recommendations within the stated scope. They do not include implementation, legal, accounting, security-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Scope, quotes, and changes

Implementation starts at $500 and is custom scoped. Managed support starts at $99 per month. No service includes unlimited work. A project becomes authorised only when a written scope lists deliverables, fees, payment milestones, dependencies, acceptance criteria, assumptions, exclusions, and correction terms, and both parties accept it. Changes require written approval and may change fees or timing.

Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and timely decisions.
  • Have authority to grant access to systems and data.
  • Use secure access handoff methods and revoke access at handover.
  • Review and approve customer-facing outputs where required.
  • Maintain third-party subscriptions, backups, and legal compliance for your business.
  • Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.

AI limitations and outcomes

AI and automated output can be incomplete or incorrect. We do not guarantee savings, revenue, productivity, ranking, adoption, or other business outcomes. Metrics and ROI examples are estimates only when explicitly labelled as such and depend on stated assumptions.

Third-party services

Projects may depend on services such as CRM, scheduling, email, AI, and workflow platforms. Their availability, prices, APIs, and terms can change. Unless a written project document says otherwise, clients pay third-party fees directly and remain responsible for their accounts.

Intellectual property and ownership

Final ownership and licence terms must be specified in each project agreement. The intended default is client ownership of client-specific deliverables and a licence for reusable methods, libraries, templates, and know-how. Pre-existing third-party materials remain governed by their owners' terms.

Confidentiality, privacy, and security

Confidential information should be identified and governed in the service agreement and, where required, a data-processing agreement. See the privacy notice. The website and templates do not constitute a security certification or compliance guarantee.

Payment, cancellation, and refunds

Fixed consultations may be paid directly through an agreed commercial route before delivery. This website itself does not collect payment. See the cancellation and refund policy and, for projects, the signed service agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided without a guarantee that every workflow, integration, or AI output will be error-free. Final warranty, liability, indemnity, governing-law, venue, and dispute clauses require qualified legal drafting for the operator's jurisdiction. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
